The All Nepal Transport Workers’ Union respects the privacy of people who visit this website, contact the union office or apply for membership. We collect only the information needed to respond, review an application or keep the website working.

Contact forms may include your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. Membership applications may include personal, work and identity details together with uploaded documents requested by the form.
How information is used
The union uses submitted information to answer enquiries, review membership applications, provide requested support and improve its public information. It does not sell or rent personal information.
Access and retention
Submissions and private attachments are kept in the secure administration workspace for authorised union staff to review and follow up. Please contact the office if you need to correct information or ask about a submission.
